Here is the path from first call to live keynote.
Discovery call
We talk through your audience, your goals, and which application of the framework fits the room. If it is not the right fit, you will know inside the call.
Agreement and prep
Date, location, format, and scope go into a short agreement. Once signed, we schedule a prep call before the event to align on outcomes and language.
Delivery and follow-up
John shows up early, runs tech check with your AV team, delivers the keynote, and follows up within a week to capture testimonials and discuss next steps.

What do you need from us to confirm a booking?
Date, location, audience, format, and a primary contact. Once those are confirmed, John sends a short agreement covering scope, deliverables, and logistics. Once signed, the date is yours.
What is included?
The keynote itself, calibrated to your audience and your goals from a prep call beforehand. Pre-event coordination with your AV and event team. A short post-event follow-up to capture testimonials and identify any next steps.
How does travel work?
John is based in Victoria, British Columbia. Travel is added to the engagement at cost (flights, ground, accommodation) and confirmed in the agreement before booking. Virtual delivery is available for any audience that needs it.
How far in advance should we book?
Most clients book three to six months out. Shorter timelines are possible, especially for virtual delivery. The fall school window (August and September) fills first, so education bookings should aim for spring of the same calendar year.
What audiences do you speak to?
Four primary audiences: Safety (mining, transportation, construction, energy, first responders), Resilience (HR, healthcare, corporate cultures), Education (students and school staff), and Individual coaching. See the four applications.
